Jiahui (Jennifer) Zhang 张佳慧graduated from University of Toronto, Faculty of Law. She also acquired a Bachelor of Law and a Master of Law degree from Beijing Foreign Studies University in China. She articled with Independent Electricity System Operator in Ontario, and was called to the Ontario (Canada) Bar in April 2021.

Jennifer's practice is focused on international business and investment, particularly in franchise, distribution, and licensing. Jennifer assists international clients who wish to establish or expand into Canada and drafts legal documents for use in Canada. She also advises on deal structuring and regulatory compliance issues that are pertaining to businesses. Prior to being called to the Ontario Bar, Jennifer worked in infrastructure investment transactions in many emerging economies, and was involved in project financing and greenfield merger and acquisition deals.
