Yixian Chen (陈一贤) focuses her practice in the area of intellectual property law, with an emphasis on litigation strategy and dispute resolution in cross-border transactions, anti-counterfeiting, managing and enforcing IP rights, and technology licensing.

She is an engaged member of several professional organizations including International Trademark Association (INTA), Licensing Executive Society (LES), Marques, etc. and is regularly invited to speak on various trademark protection and enforcement issues in China.

Yixian holds a Bachelor of Laws from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in China, and two Master of Laws degrees from Osgoode Hall Law School in Canada. She also studied European law at Martin Luther University in Germany. As a Barrister and Solicitor licensed in Ontario, Canada, Yixian combines her international legal education with practical experience to effectively support her clients.
