Zoe Huang's practice focuses on international intellectual property protection, especially in the field of trademark application and prosecution, design maintenance, IP licensing, and franchising. Being educated in both civil law and common law systems, Zoe maintains various expertise in advising international client with establishing IP portfolios, conducting due diligence on offshore enterprises, and cross-border IP transactions. She assists clients from different industries with pursuing trademark and patent registration, expanding business systems to Canada and abroad, drafting and negotiating IP-related agreement. Zoe also provides clients advices on general corporate matters on a regular basis. Prior to joining the firm, Zoe passed the China Bar Exam and hold the PRC Legal Qualification. Zoe speaks English and Mandarin.
